Ambassador Biontino opened a public panel discussion under the topic “Negative Security Assurances as Practical Steps towards the Final Goal of Global Zero/ A World Without Nuclear Weapons”, which was hosted by the Permanent Representation to the Conference on Disarmament together with the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) on Tuesday (19 September).
